Since 1808, Concord Presbyterian has sought to glorify God and enjoy him forever.

Concord's story seems to begin around 1808. Salem Black River Church's Pastor, Rev. McWhorter, helped to organize our first congregation, and General Thomas Sumter gave the land to the "Concord Society" to build a "Meeting House." Since then, Concord has hoped to be a faithful, vibrant expression of God's people in Sumter.

Although proud of her rich history, Concord seeks to serve her Lord today as an active community of God’s people.
